Forest Therapy Guided Walks
"Shinrin-yoku -‘to bathe in the atmosphere of the forest".
Join a gentle walk for about 2 hours as you are guided with activities to awaken your senses in the magic of the forest. After bathing in the trees, you will end the session with gratitude and a cup of herbal tea. It can be an amazing experience, leaving you feeling refreshed, invigorated and grounded.
