Wild Wellbeing Retreat Information

A place to reset, reconnect, relax. Wild wellbeing is about giving yourself the time and space to let go of the pressures of everyday life and just immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. There are no distractions at the retreat, just the group energy and the natural world, giving your mind, body and soul some time out.

Each day will be full of activities - some to relax, some to excite and some to learn. From guided forest bathing walks, guided foraging expeditions, night time nature watching, reiki, mindful gardening, yoga, meditation, massage (must be pre booked), evenings by the fire, plant based food and the most wonderful bath under the stars…and that’s just a few of the magical experiences we have planned for you.

In between activities, chill with a book or a hot cup of tea, chat with friends or have a snooze. Do whatever you need to do so that when you leave, you are refreshed and connected.

Come as a group, a couple or alone. Everyone is welcome and new friends will be made. The forest is a magical place not just for nature connection but human connection also. As long as you are over 18, you are most welcome.
