Join us for a weekend of wellbeing in the wild. Find time to relax & rejuvenate as you immerse yourself in the most wonderful woodland setting.
The best bits
Bathe under the stars in the outdoor bath. It's an awesome experience!
Waking up with just the sounds of the forest around you.
Healing your mind, body & soul with reiki in the trees.
Discovering the magic of the forest on a foraging walk.
Watching bats above you in the evening.
Relaxing with a 30 minute massage.
Learning how to garden mindfully.
There's so much more!
Staying in private woodland, this truly special & wild location set in acres of mature Norfolk woodland (near Kings Lynn) will bring you so close to nature, you will be able to breathe in the scents of the forest as soon as you wake up. Your bed for the night will be in one of the various outdoor structures allowing you to see & feel the full beauty of nature.
How you will find your magic
Activities to help bring your mind, body & soul into balance - you will be part of a group energy filled with support, yoga, meditation, forest bathing, massage, mindful gardening plus so much more including the opportunity to enjoy a reiki session or hypnotherapy both amplified by the energy of trees. Even more activities will be announced soon.
Food & drink
There will be plant based food to nourish your body as you enjoy breakfast to the sound of bird song in the covered dining area, chill with a lunch box at your leisure & chat over an evening meal under the moonlight. There won't be any alcohol so you can truly feel being in the present moment at all times.
There is a shared shower & toilet block with hot water in the most incredible structure - we can't wait for you to see it! Everything has been built with the environment in mind. Single & double beds available. Further details will be given after booking.
How many nights/days
The retreat is for two nights (Friday & Saturday) which we highly recommend for the full experience. One day tickets are also available so you can enjoy a full day of nature activities (includes lunch box & evening meal if you choose to stay into the evening).

I went into the wild wellbeing retreat with an open heart and no real expectation except to embrace it but came away feeling like I had experienced something so special that will stay with me for all my days. It was excellent from start to finish from the organisation to the accommodation to the activities to the food, to the trust and feeling of safety built immediately between all the people there, all of it, my only 'complaint' is that there was not a 3rd night. To be immersed so fully in nature amongst such a wonderful group of people was a truly magnificent thing, thank you so much! Sam @happy_place_gardener
I had a wonderful time at the Wild Wellbeing Retreat! Ellen is the perfect host, always with a smile, and she created a really welcoming atmosphere in a stunning location. Having the time to connect with our surroundings was really special: to really stop and notice everything around us, and to connect that with our personal wellbeing. The food was amazing, and the location really was fabulous. I would absolutely recommend this retreat!
A truly profound weekend spent with incredible people in the most magical woods. 11/10 would recommend a Wild Wellbeing Retreat for all. The benefits of this retreat are still with me over a week later and I can’t wait to do it all again in the future!
Being immersed in nature at the retreat was my favourite thing about the experience. It's something most of us can do at any time, but it's great to be reminded that we can, and encouraged to do so mindfully. There's a lot that I have taken away from the experience in regards to improving my wellbeing with nature." @jenloumeredith
The retreat was good on every level. Great to be immersed in nature and with like minded people. Food was delicious and has inspired me to cook more food like this! Loved all of the activities. The weekend made me realise that I don't want to be stuck behind a desk so will be exploring other avenues. Thank you Ellen for the best weekend 💚 SM
