How Gardening Can Save Lives

For Bhupinder Sohanpal, gardening really has saved her life.

Bhupinder is a gardener, nature lover, mountain climber and an inspiration. After suffering a debilitating stroke during the prime of her career and mountain climbing passion, she found the garden to be her place of healing. During her long recovery, she discovered the RHS Community Allotment scheme and what happened along the way is nothing short of miraculous.

In the latest People Plants Wellbeing podcast episode, Ellen Mary chats with Bhupinder to find out just how a chain of ‘coincidences’ during a difficult time helped her to heal.
